droneSim Pro is a software package that is downloaded from our site. As such, there is no physical media to be returned.

When do items need to be returned?
If you are not satisfied with the simulator, you may request a full refund within 30 calendar days of purchase. This can be done through our Contact page.

Credit for returns?
Credit will be issued back to the original payment method within 72 hours. It might take longer to post to your account, depending on the bank.
